Targonix24. By completing a purchase on our website, you
agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Targonix24 exclusively sells digital products in the form of software
license keys. No physical products are shipped.

2. No Right of Return for Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.
Once a license key has been delivered by email, the product is considered
used and cannot be returned.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, the right of
withdrawal expires once the digital content has been delivered, provided
that the customer has expressly consented to the immediate execution of
the contract and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions – When a Refund Is Possible

A refund or replacement may be granted in the following cases:

The delivered license key is invalid or cannot be activated
The delivered product does not match the purchased product
Technical issues clearly attributable to the license key itself

In such cases, the customer must contact our support team and provide
reasonable evidence of the issue, such as screenshots or error messages.

4. Replacement Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, Targonix24 reserves the right to first provide
a replacement license key of equal value.

If a replacement is not possible or fails to resolve the issue,
a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake
The software is incompatible with the customer’s system
The license key was activated successfully
Failure caused by incorrect installation or user error
Violation of the software manufacturer’s license terms

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days,
depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact may result in account
suspension and further investigation. We encourage customers to contact
us first so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
